Ladies and gentlemen, I’m going to give you a glimpse behind the curtain. A peek behind the scenes. A look-see at how I make the sausage, as it were. When I walk into a restaurant, they’re starting with five stars, the highest possible rating. It’s up to them to keep it. If the food is great but the service is bad, that’s a deduction. If the service is great but I’m eating cardboard, that’s a big deduction. And if they’re bad at both, you better believe that’s a deduction. In other words, as long as a restaurant gets it all right, they’re fine.
