When Josh Beeby, already a successful restaurant and bar owner, was looking for a spot to open a Belgian restaurant in downtown Greenville, he found the perfect spot under his feet. He opened The Trappe Door in the unused basement of his beer lover's oasis, Barley's Taproom. "One day it just clicked that we not only had the coolest space in Greenville to do this, but we were already paying rent on it,” Beeby said.
