August dish of the month: fries
Whether you pair them with a burger or just eat them as an appetizer, fries are one of those dishes that will never go out of style. We visited several Upstate restaurants that serve some of the area’s most popular fries, whether they are covered in cheese or just sprinkled with a special seasoning.
