Perfection. Excellence. Um….really goodness. These are the goals that truly great restaurants seek. Sure, you can settle for “pretty good,” “decent” or “nothing on this menu will make you ill,” but is that really where you want to aim? Exhibit A in this regard is The Strip Club 104 (don’t get excited/offended, it’s a steakhouse), located on the corner of Poinsett Street in Greer, in the former home of the late, lamented Taco Parrilla (and before that, Gerard's). Created by Jason and Allison Clark, the same brother-sister team that created BIN112, The Strip Club offers up class and individuality to spare.
