Attention Greenville restaurants: Y’all need to step your collective game up (my son assures me that that is how cool people speak). I have now been to exactly two restaurants in Simpsonville for this gig, and I gotta tell ya, they are kicking some serious culinary boo-tay. In fact, I am about one Simpsonville bar with a great Happy Hour and hot waitresses away from filing all my future reviews from “S-ville, USA.” P. Simpson’s Hometown Grille, located in the heart of the ever-expanding downtown Simpsonville area, has only been open since November 2009, but I think the laid-back feel and high-end menu are going to make them an institution.
