It seems that you can’t swing a to-go menu in the Upstate without hitting a new restaurant, usually a new restaurant that is taking the place of one that your to-go menu hit a scant six months ago.
It’s a tough job filling the eager bellies of Greenville-Spartanburg-ians, and it’s even tougher to do so successfully for a long period of time.
That’s why Dellaventura’s Ristorante & Pizzeria, located on Buncombe Road in Greer, is such a heartwarming success story. Owner Joe Dellaventura has been running Italian-style restaurants successfully for more than 30 years, and Dellaventura’s is doing booming business with their combination of fantastic Italian food and great service.
