If you’re not looking for it, you’ll probably drive right by Café Paulista Grille without ever noticing it. The unassuming café is set up in a former Waffle House on busy Wade Hampton Boulevard, and serves authentic Brazilian cuisine to those who discover this hidden gem. Owner Valerie Rebellato is a Brazil native, although she’s lived in the states for more than a decade now, but she enjoys sharing the flavors of her home country with Upstate diners.
