Are you like me, Upstate readers? Are you tired of pasta oppression in our local Italian restaurants? Are you tired of feeling the lash of Big Noodle on your back as you order, knowing that you cannot choose what type of pasta goes with what sauce? No more! I used to be just fine with whatever pasta they brought me; but now, having eaten at Brioso Fresh Pasta, a new restaurant (open less than three months, in fact) located near Cherrydale, I don’t think I can ever go back to the old way again. I demand choices! And a sweater! Because I’m chilly!
