Inside: Corner Bagel Bakery & Deli

A typical morning at Corner Bagel Bakery & Deli:
4:30 a.m. – Pete Landis, owner of Corner Bagel Bakery & Deli, arrives to begin the bagel-making process. Bagels that have been formed the evening before are placed on a 2 x 4 board with canvas on top of it and placed in the large oven.
6 a.m. – Cornel Bagel Bakery & Deli opens and serves first rush of customers, usually people on their way to work.
7:30-8:30 a.m. – Second rush of customers comes through.
11 a.m.-1 p.m. – Enter lunch rush crowd.
1:30 p.m. – Clean up and close down.
