OK this is our newest favorite place to eat. The reason is great food, great service and all at prices that won't break the bank. My coworkers and I eat here at least once a week. We all get different things and everyone always agrees that theirs is delicious. The stone fired pizzas are terrific and so are the salads. The baked shrimp and crab dip is probably the best I've ever had - so rich. They have good burgers too, and they are huge. The restaurants are always clean and well kept. Service is exceptional and you will be well taken care of here. I love the open kitchens and being able to see the chefs prepare your food gives it an upscale atmosphere. Lots of wood inside makes it cozy and warm. They usually have a fireplace going too. Everyone in my family loves the Copper River Grill too and we enjoy sharing the desserts. I would recommend making reservations on the weekends as it is always crowded on Fri and Sat nights. 5 of 5 stars!

I have been to Copper River several times recently and it has become my new favorite restaurant. The food is so good, and the prices are very reasonable. (Actually, I don't see how they make any money because the portion sizes are HUGE.) The bar is the perfect place to have drinks with the girls (or guys); my friends and I go after work and on the weekends, and the service is always excellent. The atmosphere is good for any group - casual or a little dressy - anything goes!
