El Matador is a small family-owned Mexican restaurant, tucked inside a stone cottage, which opened in 1968. You know it has to be good if it’s been around for more than 30 years. They offer authentic, homemade Mexican food such as pollo fundido (deep fried chicken with sour cream in a soft shell) and chili rellenos (cheese-stuffed chilies, deep fried). Enjoy your meal with a lime, strawberry or peach margarita, sangria or choose from their selection of Mexican and domestic beers. Outdoor seating is available.
