Okay, I'm with ya on Smokin' Stokes and the bbq turkey, but my favorite 3 bbq joints in the upstate got no mention at all. If you haven't, you need to try Huntin' Camp BBQ in Travelers Rest (some of the very best bbq I've ever tasted and it's on a buffet!!!), Circle M BBQ between Liberty and Anderson, and Sadler's Creek near Anderson. All three are among my very fave restaurants anywhere.
