Saskatoon will catch you off guard. Looking at the building from the street you’d say it’s a very unassuming locale. You might even say it’s just a typical restaurant claiming to have a good steak dinner, but there is nothing typical about this restaurant. The steaks are legitimately well prepared, but their signature items are the elk tenderloin, their mixed grill, and their steamed mussels. Wild game isn’t just in the name for namesake. Other favorites include the kangaroo filet, the ostrich filet and the wild game sausage.
