Charlie’s and Woody’s father started serving Eastern North Carolina-style barbecue in 1961 and the brothers, along with Woody’s wife Martha keep the tradition going. They still have real curb service with a server coming out to your car to say hello and take your order. However you still need to go inside and check out their collection of over 3000 pigs.
