Thanks to “Boom Boom Pow” and “I Gotta Feeling,” the Black Eyed Peas spent half of last year atop the Billboard chart. Newcomer and fellow chart-star Lady Gaga might have out-crazied them in the wardrobe department, but will.i.am, apl.de.ap, Fergie and Taboo certainly have cultivated their own sense of style (and what a sense it is!) over the years since “Where Is the Love” broke them big time back in ‘03.
