Hot on the Web right now: The new trailer for The Great Gatsby.
It's set in the 1920, of course, when, as the trailer says, the morals were loose and liquor flowed freely. The film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Carey Mulligan and Tobey Maguire, is based on the classic novel by F. Scott Fitzgerald and directed by Baz Luhrmann. It's set for release this Christmas.
Good Morning America anchor Lara Spencer this morning said the "sizzling chemistry" and "wow, the sexual energy" between DiCaprio and Mulligan is "palpable."
Aside from the look of the film and Leo in the starring role, what's causing buzz is the music that accompanies the period look in the trailer is very contemporary -- Kanye West's and Jay-Z's No Church in the Wild.
