Early Buzz: Every morning should start with the Ramones

Found my laptop before the snooze button this morning, so today's Early Buzz is live well before the first bowl of cereal on the West Coast.

OK, it's not technically a dinosaur. But the Obamadon gracilis 1) is named after our president and 2) is an extinct lizard that walked among them. (Researchers chose the name pre-election but published yesterday. Now that's confidence.)
