John Wesley Satterfield has been playing guitar since he was 12. He cut his teeth as a performer with the Wilmington, N.C., based bluegrass/punk/folk trio Woodwork Roadshow. Now touring solo, Satterfield brings a blend of Americana and Rock to the last Piedmont Natural Gas Downtown Alive of the season.
