Guinness at Connolly's
"I can draw a lot of things, but (the clover) is probably the only one you can publish," says Connolly's bartender Jerri McGill, who learned her beer art skills from a former Connolly's bartender.
She says the quintissential Irish brew is by far the bar's most popular beer—they go through about two kegs on a typical weekend and up to 20 on St. Patrick's Day.
"We go through a lot, so you know it's always fresh," McGill says.
