The vibe
Liberty is quite a popular hangout, largely as a result of its location at Fluor Field. Inside, the restaurant has a very airy feel, with high ceilings and an open layout. A long bar stretches along one side of the restaurant, and booths and tables in dark wood and leather tones are clustered in the central dining area. The atmosphere runs a spectrum from laid back to buzzing, depending on the day and time of your visit, but it will probably be fairly loud at any point in the evening.
Through large panes of glass, diners can see the kitchen area, and the staff busily preparing orders. Out the restaurant’s back doors is a spacious covered deck, mere steps away from the ticket office at Fluor Field. The deck has its own bar, and several tables scattered about for outdoor dining during the warm months.
