First look: Kalahari Cigar Bar and Lounge
Earlier this year, Paul Desai, owner of Tobacco Plus, decided to branch out and open Kalahari Cigar Bar and Lounge. Kalahari sits just on the other end of the same small strip mall where Tobacco Plus is located, so patrons can buy cigars there, or bring their own, or buy from the large display case inside Kalahari. Those cigars—by the way—are included in Kalahari’s sweet happy hour special: 25 percent off everything in the house from 4 to 7 p.m. each weekday.
